Tesla is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vehicle Logistics Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, interpreting, and presenting data related to vehicle transport. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate with various internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient delivery of finished vehicles.

What You’ll Do
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to finished vehicles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, develop reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor inventory levels, vessel schedules, and shipment timelines to ensure timely delivery of finished vehicles.
  • Coordinate with different departments and transporters to ensure efficient delivery of finished vehicles.
  • Project and plan volume per day to meet customer demand.
  • Track and manage spend related to finished vehicle transportation.
  • Provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Project and plan vehicle volume per day to meet demands for the month/quarter/year
  • Monitor inventory levels, vessel schedules, and transport timelines
  • Identify key metrics, develop reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making
  • Track and manage spend related to vehicle transportation
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in data coordination/analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with different departments and transporters.
